Hushaby is designed to help families play lullabies and soothing sleep sounds for babies. We aim to collect as little data as possible and keep your experience simple and private.
Hushaby does not require account registration and does not operate its own backend for storing personal data.
The app may process the following information locally on your device:
Your profile photo is chosen by you through the system photo picker. The selected image is copied into the app storage on your device and is not uploaded by Hushaby to our servers.
Hushaby uses the system photo picker when you choose a profile picture. This means you select a specific image to share with the app. Hushaby does not request broad access to your photo library.

We do not upload your profile photo or local profile data to our own servers. Some limited data may be processed by third-party service providers that support app purchases and billing functionality, such as RevenueCat and the app store provider (for example, Google Play or Apple), in accordance with their own privacy terms.
Data created by Hushaby is primarily stored locally on your device. Your profile photo remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device.
Hushaby is intended for parents and caregivers to use for baby sleep audio. The app is not designed to be operated by children.
Hushaby complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require registration, does not collect names, email addresses, or other identifiers from children, and does not include behavioral advertising or third-party tracking directed at children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at the email address listed below, and we will promptly take steps to delete such information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
Since Hushaby stores data locally on your device and does not maintain user accounts or server-side profiles, you can exercise these rights by managing your data within the app (for example, removing your profile photo) or by uninstalling the app to delete all locally stored data.

You can remove your profile photo at any time inside the app. You can also delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the app from your device.
