These Terms of Use govern your use of Hushaby. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Hushaby is a mobile app designed to help parents and caregivers play lullabies, music box melodies, nature sounds, and other soothing sleep audio.
The app is intended for use by adults, parents, and caregivers. It is not designed to be operated by children.
Hushaby may provide some content and features for free. Premium access unlocks additional lullabies, sounds, favorites, sleep timer options, and other premium features shown in the app.
Available features may change over time as the app is updated.
Hushaby offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and yearly plans.
A subscription gives you access to premium features while the subscription is active. Subscription prices, billing periods, free trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the trial period.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies. Hushaby does not directly process subscription payments or refunds.
You agree not to misuse the app, copy or redistribute app content outside the app, attempt to bypass premium access, reverse engineer the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.
Hushaby provides audio content for relaxation and sleep support. The app is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have concerns about your baby's sleep, health, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Your use of Hushaby is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
